Privacy notice

This notice explains how H&I Cricket Academy (Haris and Imaad Sports Academy) handles the information you give us when booking a place.

What we collect

The details on the booking form: your child's name and date of birth; your name, mobile or WhatsApp number and email; an emergency contact; any medical or support information you choose to share; who may collect your child; and your consent and signature.

Why we collect it

To manage your child's place, to contact you about sessions, and to keep your child safe during coaching, including responding to an emergency. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form.

How we store it

Bookings are stored securely and are seen only by the coach. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where we must to respond to an emergency or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for the current season and a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, correct or delete your information at any time. Contact the coach on WhatsApp at +974 7139 3113.
